Photo Release
By submitting your photo(s) and/or dream you are granting permission to UPI Marketing, Inc., its agents or employees, to use photographs for use in marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, display boards and to use such photographs in electronic versions of the same publications or within their websites. You agree to waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photograph(s) or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to you or unknown, and you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph(s). You release, defend, and hold harmless UPI Marketing, Inc., it's agents or employees, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, whether on paper, via electronic media, or on websites, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photograph(s), including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.

Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Dream Capsule ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additionally, Dream Capsule ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations at this time. All orders will be shipped U.S. Postal Service unless you specifiy another method. Additionally, all shipping promotions will also be shipped U.S. Postal Service. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Dream Capsule reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Customer has the right to return product(s) for a full refund of the product(s) (shipping and handling are non-refundable) within fourteen (14) days of the purchase. Product(s) MUST be returned in the original packaging and be received prior to a refund being made. You can expect your refund within 4 weeks (often times sooner). The 4 weeks are broken down as follows: it generally takes 5-10 business days for us to receive your package from the shipper, 3-5 days for your package to be processed then an additional 3-5 business days for the credit card company to refund your card. Refunds are issued to the card in which you originally paid (ex. if you paid by MasterCard, then your refund will go back to your MasterCard).
